Jimsy I definitely agree that Chartsmart is the right option for many people. The newer version has great scanning abilities and the price is right. However I personally like to throw on tons of lines, fibs., MA's, notes, etc., and record for the next time I look at the chart. I also like to look at the charts from several views (e.g Candlestick, PF, etc.). Chartsmart is limited in its charting abilities and doesn't allow and of the graphics or indicators of Metastock.
