You surely have called up an old filing. I cannot believe that they would be ballsey enough to lie like that at this point!

So far, I have seen comments and news releases about the revenues and movies they have done, but other than Speedway Junk, I have seen nothing! Even Universal Soldier seems to have not produced anything that the company has realized a profit from.

Did I miss anything?

Bo,

You're behind the time. Current (as of Oct. 31) O/S is just under 1 billion shares.

Now that may sound daunting but ... let's assume the company can clear $10 million in a year. That's an EPS of 0.01. With a PE of 20 to 30 for a growing company, that's a price of 20 to 30 cents.

To justify current prices we need to make less that $2 million per year.

Can't say TC will do it, but the relative price of things is really VERY reasonable.

JMHO and later, leroyt

P.S. I bought a lot last summer on company hype. My average price is a little over 3 cents.

From the looks of the statement, the 96MM shares is the number outstanding, and 937MM is how many were issued.

only 93 million shares issued and outstanding. Am I wrong here?

The Sedar filing says...

Unlimited shares authorized.
937,322,017 and 96,940,793 shares outstanding.

I don't know what the two different amounts outstanding are, maybe Canadian and US shares? However they total up to be 1,034,262,810 shares total...

That makes 400 million more that last fall...
