Joe W., I need some help on this one.... David A Rocker filed form 13 F today at freeedgar.com He seems to hold common and puts on some companies. The stock he holds to sell to help drive the price down? As of Dec. 31 he appears to hold 41,500 ANCR shares and no put contracts? Or is he short the 41,500 shares? DEc. 31 value of 2,817,000. Can anyone make anything out of this? He appears to hold 1,226,093 shares of Thestreet.com. Dec 31 value of 23,526,000. The total amount of the fund is 172 million so Thestreet would be a 13.37 weighting. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm-nice cozy relationship here? Can someone check to make sure I read the form correctly.
