PS-It also appear that Rocker owns an offshore entity that he uses........ Rocker Partners, L.P. and the president of Rocker Offshore Management
Company, Inc., the investment advisor to Compass Holdings, Ltd. Anybody find anything on Compass Holdings? Tune those search engines.........any help out there?

Hi J., Sorry, I don't know if I can provide any help on this. One of the tools of a stock manipulator, could be an offshore company. But I don't know the mechanics of how it works. The connection to the Street.com was already pretty much a given. Manipulators need a powerful mouthpiece to help stir up fearful emotions in the crowd and they probably need a nod from powerful friends. Who knows, maybe Fidelity is friends with Rocker, told him they wanted to sell off 40% of their holdings at $80/90 per share (since they realized earnings would be soft), and would help him to drive it back down so they could buy it back at $40 and increase their total holdings in the company, he would also pick up $$ by shorting it down to $40 or less. Somebody obviously had a team of shorts working the threads in a coordinated attack. This scenerio is total wild speculation on my part.

JW

J Fieb... I think perhaps the Rocker, Cramer, Greenberg, Dorfman, et al complex is in serious trouble. The Street.com is now lower than its IPO, and restructuring is in progress. They truly deserve whatever they reap. SEC should have been onto this "cozy relationship" long ago.
