I just took an exploratory position in WAVC..... It is important to invest in management that can really execute....Mr. Sinclair (WAVC's CEO) has proven himself by running DELL's operations in Canada and in Europe. He has demonstrated that he can successfully scale businesses. He also knows how to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. I don't think he would be with WAVC today unless he was confident that his firm could add GREAT value for all of the stakeholders they deal with. IMHO, WAVC could generate a market value like MCOM 'if the right things happen.' They need to structure some significant partnerships with some of the BIG players. The discussions are underway and I expect that we will hear more soon. I also expect that WAVC will be an officially trading on the Nasdaq within the next few months. The company's credibility and visibility will increase and the UPSIDE is huge. Best Regards, Scott
