Paulh,

I read through the S-1 and S-1A and could find no mention of the cut-off date. It's interesting to go back and read the ENGA and NAVI S-1A's right before they started trading. It gives the exact amount of shares allocated to the DSP program. More shares than I would have guessed, approximately 5%!

Okey here's a question...

I am CMGI all over. Three accounts...with different amount of CMGI...

I have one Wit Capital account, opened when I had CMGI in one account only...

What does this mean in terms of Alta Vista share allocation..???

Will I be eligible for 100 or 300 shares ???

Or do I have to open three different accounts at WitCapital in order to be eligible (miserable solution) ?
