Richie, I'm listening to a play back of the CMGI Solutions / Tallan conference call from earlier today and someone asked DW if he was still committed to the DSP program (or something to that effect). He answered something like this. "CMGI is committed to taking our wholly owned companies public and offering a portion of the shares to the DSP program". Note the words "wholly owned". Now, I believe it is DW's intention to find a way to include AV in the DSP program but, let's face it, CMGI only owns about 83% of AV. So, I'm still anxious to see how this item gets resolved. I just wonder if that's why there was no specific date or share amount information in the S-1 or S-A1. We'll find out soon enough. Very Long CMGI either way, Paul
