Paulh,

As James pointed out the other day, the S-1 has a paragraph stating that there will be shares allocated to the DSP program, it just doesn't say how much.

wasn't that majority owned before...

I can not imagine that ALTA will be excluded from the DSP when DW knows very well that many CMGI longs are waiting for it, and the size of the offering is 14.8M...

I believe from a FASB perspective 83% would be considered wholly owned.

But Amein's got me thinking -- did he change it from majority owned to wholly owned for a reason, or was it merely a casual substitution of term? Regardless, the language in the S-1 is unambiguous. We're getting DSP shares -- and I suspect it will be a feeding FRENZY when it opens...
