Borb,

sorry it took so long to answer you. The market was going my way but only for a little while. The yen is getting whacked so it is helping stocks in my opinion. I dont know enough to comment on the possible effects of interest rates in the US and the direction of the nikkei in march, plus i left my crystal ball at work so i wont be able to write much more on the topic...

I need a good DOW and SP wipe out to get the nikkei where i want it. A recession in the US would do the same, but you almost have to be heretic to predict one right now, things are going so well, or are they?

My mid-term view has not changed, the nikkei will correct, the real hard numbers dont support it at the level it`s at, but that doesnt mean i will make money... So far i concede (and have conceded in a previous message) you have been more right than me with your targets.

Good luck.

Regards

Stephan
