What I said is that forcing NN to do it exactly on Feb22 instead March 22- or so( May be Feb 23)? is counterproductive.
If your are acquiring company, would you like NN first to report
at least good Q and then make an offer so you can justify the move to your shareowners, or make offer first.
Just answer my question.

Larry,

Perhaps I can suggest the following rules when posting on
this thread:

Nothing should be said about NN that does not meet the following criteria:

1) NN is all powerful

2) Past NN management has been perfect.

3) Current NN management is even better.

4) TM is perfect...whoops sorry GOD

5) NN has always surpassed the market's expectations.

6) The only reason the price of NN is as low as it is, is
because the board & TM want to keep the price at a point
where everybody can afford it.

7) If NN even comes close to meeting expectations on the
22nd, the price will skyrocket to $1000.00

8) The market does not want NN to be bought, they want
them to go it alone.

9) NN will probably buy Cisco, Alcatel, Nortel, Seimens and
Ericsson next week. ( and maybe Microsoft )

10) All the market really cares about are the quality of
NN's products.

If you can't follow these simple rules, your opinions are
not welcome.
