JQP, I'm finished buying my shares in XTO. Maybe you'll soon get yours. What a buy at $8.00! Anyone know what's up with UPR today? 2 million shares and up over 10%. Gas in San Diego is back up over $1.45 a gallon. Rgards,

"Q" - re: XTO - we could try this; I'll sell - then it will pop to $12 ... then you return the favor - sell say EOG, then that will pop to $22 for me. Has to be a seller wanting out of XTO, but why here - now ? This damn stock should be at 12 damn dollars TODAY ! I refuse to sell another single stinkin share on less than a $1+ , or 10-12% one day pop, or before $12 - I simply refuse to. I may move my target price up to $15 outta spite (VBG)... I love this company,,,, and they are printing MONEY ! Hello market....??? You know what XTO's stock portfolio could do on a sector run here ? - they could reap a nice tidy little windfall here - maybe Simpson will issue the proceeds as a nice one time dividend to all those shareholders who have posted nice things about XTO at least 20 times on Internet message boards... I'm also playing this little discipline - prudence mindgame with myself. I really love S&L's and some financials - doubles sitting there for the taking. I only have a smidgin now, but keep telling myself to be cautious and just - Hit & Run the Oilpatch on margin here; and if the OSX breaks out ahead of me - then I can justify loading on S&L's - like WM & selected financials... I am convinced that their earnings will stand up to another 2 .25 fed hikes if seen. simply too damn cheap here.
