i contacted compass yesterday. they're still working on audited financials which they hope to have completed soon, possibly by the end of the month but that was on the highly optimistic side. more likely early march. i've had two conversations with the company (one email one telecon) in the past week and i wasn't left with the impression that anything unique was going on. sounded more like business as usual.
