When TC was speaking, his intention was to make MVEE a U.S. corporation. I believe that MVEE has merged with KNIN (which is listed by the State of Nevada and also has a series of SEC filings). The outstanding shares at the last listing for KNIN was 3 million add to that 1 billion shares of MVEE and you have a dilution of 0.3% ... not enough to worry about. From the RB threads, it looks like MVEE tried to do 2 or three press releases last week on Feb. 10. I also got general confirmation with someone at First Miracle offices today. Apparrently the lawsuit with Golan has been settled. This, IMHO, is a BIG deal. The lawsuit could have crippled MVEE for a while ... with unknown effects from investors perspective.
