Mary, Let me cut to the bottom line. I think ESHR will open at the high, downhill from there and close at least 10% lower than today's close. I'll reenter my position in the teens which could come later in the week.

Regards,

Tom

Hi, Mary,
Don't have Tom's take but key positive factors seem to be:
1. Growing customer base in the internet side of the business--140 new internet customers for the quarter, of which 70 are customers of eCRM products, 500 and 200 respectively for the year; and
2. Internet group revenues increased 200% over prior year 4th quarter, 140% annually over prior year, and 20% sequentially ($3 mil. this q. vs. $2.5 mil. 3d q.).
There are some numbers in the financials that I am not sure what to make of, particularly Net "Product" Revenues of $12.5 vs. $20.3 last year's 4q. Don't know what this category describes.
The other things Tom said to look for I have not been able to ferret out from this release.
