Lets look at what we know at this point: MVEE has in the past released various information such as movies in production and presales of non-existant films. They have promised time and again to release financials, but thus far have failed to do so. They have tried in vain to merge with a US company. so now, they say that they have bought a "fully reporting company" which presumably would allow them to stay away from the accounting a bit longer since the financials for the company they bought seem to be $0.00. Thus, it seems reasonable at this point to conclude that the K9 thing is just another device to keep being listed without having to come forward with audited financials that would show how TC and the gang are getting fat off of their share printing press without ever having to produce the movies that are supposed to be "pre-sold".
