Jim,

I can offer a partial response, albeit subjective. Any advance in semi lithography requiring higher resolution will greatly benefit the technology leaders - ASML & CYMI. Others are still trying to catch up to the leaders, and raising the bar another notch makes the strong, stronger.

In all probability, INTC is already testing the 0.13 micron lith process, and it is a safe bet that Cymer is there.

Regards,

Jack

Jim, part of the transition could be made by improvements of the optics conjugated to the existing lasers, but on the other hand, looking forward to the future .1 micron generation, some replacement of "light bulbs <g>" to shorter wavelengths may also occur. I have no way of quantify this, but qualitatively, this development is quite positive for CYMI, IMHO.
