Today was better volume on NITE, though I have got to tell you - I've been in the market for a long time, and if this wasn't "managed" trading today, I don't know what is.

I probably don't have the experience you do with L2, but I would agree about today's trading. Especially the finish. I think the CIBC re-it was probably responsible for the bulk of the gain. Also, with vols and vols continuing strong now for a full half of the quarter, and value even starting to come back in vogue (at least this week), we get the bounce. Holding most of these gains on a down day, with no news, will go a long way toward painting the short to mid term picture, imo.

Concerning lawsuits: Not necessarily, but they would have to pay a good price. Amy probably not high enough in organization to have known BS was looking at NITE. If BS was, her goose is cooked! What a screw up!
