Here is my take regards CLFY.

Callcenters and ASP's are big deal........and they need massive telecom infrastructure. In effect they are like an ASP or an ISP. Callcenters need Front-End to manage their workflow processes. NT is going to package their network solution with network mgrs (OSII, CKEY, in-house apps) with Front-End applications which seamlessly integrate with the back-end network. Networking is no longer building pipes and letting other companies build software around it to make it more useful............if NT can make applications that relate to communication (Call Centers, Web Enabled, etc.) completely, seamlessly integrated into their fibre backbone and other network elements, you have a competitive edge over your competitors - especially if you are selling to new ISP/ASP/CallCenters who do not have existing legacy apps.

This is a strategic move by NT to pull-through networking contracts in new communication markets that no longer want vendors to simply build the pipe but also make that pipe (voice, data, video, etc.) more useful to the front-end agents who are working with the network day in & day out.
