Agree. VLNC needs to show, first, a reliable supply to the existing customers like QCOM, in year 2000.

Complete beta testing with OEM's for computer applications and generate PO's in year 2000.

Bring Hanil on-line to establish a second supply source in year 2000 or early 2001 - batteries for not only cell phones but also laptop PC's and PDA's.

Ready to license in year 2002 - three major battery product segments.

A few years of manufacturing experience will be needed in order to develop a good licensing package. jmo

(2) verbal confirmation of QCOM being the current buyer
