Barry and jwebtrade, here are the processors coming out for IA-32:

Willamette: Next generation IA-32, Q4 2000 (probably Q3 intro)

Foster: Server version of Willamette, Q4 or Q1 release

Northwood: Willamette shrink from 0.18u to 0.13u, also enabled for mobile market, 2H 2001.

The memory these processors support are based on the chipset. Willamette's chipset is called Tehama, and it supports RDRAM. Workstations based on Foster will be on Colusa, which I think will also be RDRAM. Servers based on Foster will probably be on DDR. And I don't know what chipsets will be available for Northwood, but given its target markets, it will most likely be RDRAM-based.
