It is decidedly so. I would agree, I would be a buyer at $11. Maybe will have the opportunity in the next month if no news, and if nasdaq market weakens -- which it should between earnings seasons. But then again, I might as well check my magic 8 ball than try to predict this market. If big news come out (like the elusive "partner"), may move it up to the next level. No news, may go lower. Big nasdaq correction, well then, everything on sale and even better opportunity. Would welcome TA opinions out there.
