Im-Patient, the S-3 does not indicate these are Lev's shares, I think it is another "secondary" like the last they sold at $15, selling at $32, they need only half as many shares to raise the same amount of money. If they have a buyer for these shares, existing shareholders should rejoice, it raises further the book value, but more importantly provides for working capital to get sales to the $75 MM level. Of course, these shares could also be the 950,000 shares settlement of the settlement from earlier this month. Zeev
