That's what I thought you meant. No, Intel does not have an operating 300mm fab. (Neither does anyone else, although Infineon claims they have "200mm equivalent yield" out of the Semiconductor300 pilot line. I.e. they get as many good chips from a 300mm wafer as they would expect to get from a 200mm.)
