Brian, I have not seen much about global warming from the three stooges on the evening news lately, I guess it's got something to do with a month's worth of cold in the in the north east. Here is a nice article on oil from CBS market watch.

Brian,

"borehole temperature study".....now I've heard everything.

Heck if they were to drill a bit deeper I bet they'd really think there is global warming...lol. Just ask anyone who has seen how warm the drilling mud is that comes out of a deep well, when it's being drilled. Geez...and I bet our tax dollars paid for this moronic study.

Brian P,
Maybe I am missing something, but how can they transpose borehole temperature data back 500 years with any hope of accuracy?

PS NAO is getting closer to the zero line, old man winter might not be dead yet in the Northeast. Give it a week.

Best Regards,

Roebear
