1/2 of the buyers in XSNI are institutions right now. How is this possible? I thought institutions were gun-shy of OTC-BB stocks, let alone one that is non-reporting (as of yet). Dr. Kathuria is a busy man. When he is not preparing the Mir space station for tourists, or trying to get the wireless license for Albania, X-Stream's Executive Director is leading a panel discussion on the "Globalization of the Internet" at the Kelloggs School of Business "Digital Frontier" conference this past January 20. Actually, I am quite impressed with the fact he was asked to lead one of the panels. Check it out. The CEO of Verio was one of his panelmates. Jeff digitalfrontier.org
