Trent, sorry if I came off poorly. I didn't mean to be hostile. Sorry... My point really was that I think there isn't much difference between what the new ELOY does and what TSCC does, in terms of the kinds of services they render. I think the difference is that ELOY will concentrate on the front-end stuff and TSCC on the back-end stuff. One interesting question is that since there is no longer any connection between the company's whether they will end up competing with each other as the ERP products that TSCC specializes in move to become more front-end systems.
