My attorney is skeptical about the Rogers' waiver, but is proceeding to contact auditors as a means of setting the record straight.

After studying the filings last night, I may have him examine some of the acquisitions, too.

The wild-card is Gilder. I just don't get it. Considering there's less reason today to believe S-CDMA will be added to the specifications --- much less become the standard --- how can he justify saying they will be? I'm trying to find out if he has a fund or manages money. As a journalist, I'm not sure what his liability is re: SEC disclosures.
