Like Cowboy needed more dough to blow away. Now he will 50 MM more to gamble with. I still think Dale Fuller of SH** should pay 29.5 MM and walk away from the worse deal of the new millennium. I just don't know what the hell he was smoking when he shook hands with cowboy.

Just a frustrated INPR holder.

regards

JK

Darrell, I'd hate to see what would have happened to the share price if Wall Street didn't like the news.

How long can this share price erosion occur before the Corel shareholders start to complain. We've been complaining since day 1. I've kept an open mind regarding this deal, even though I thought the price was bad. Its becoming clearer that this deal should have probably started as a "closer partnership" with Corel. Then, after there has been some real progress in both company's earnings and revenue, a merger may have been looked upon more favorably. I just can't stand the thought of trading over $4 a share in cash + all of the great products Borland/Inprise has to offer for Corel's paper (and a their whopping war chest of about 30 cents per share in cash). When is Coats going to announce he has sold his 5% in the company? Surely Fuller can't be happy with his 800k in options losing a fortune in the matter of 2 weeks.
