MTNL's Internet subsidiary comes into being mtnl.net.in FEBRUARY 18: Millennium Telecom, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd, on Friday came into being with the company obtaining the certificate of incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Millennium Telecom's equity share capital would be Rs 50 crore and would be fully subscribed by MTNL, a release from MTNL said in New Delhi. -Financial Express
