Interesting definition Steven, in my mind I was thinking of natural law as it relates to human beings.

Why is it for instance that all cultures admire the traits of; Honesty, Trust, Trustworthiness, Courage, Integrity, fairness and kindness? There must be a reason. All cultures throughout history have admired people who exhibit these traits. Therefore, I see these traits as being a part of mans "Natural law".

I also believe it is no coincidence that these are the same traits aligned with religious teachings. However you define religion.
