Dale and Thread, Sorry about my long-winded post! One final tidbit from the Lexar Media IPO registration statement... We protect some of our customers against the effects of price decreases on their inventories. Accordingly, if we reduce our prices, we pay certain distributors and consumer retailers for the difference between the price paid for the product still in their inventory and the new price. Additionally, we permit some of our customers to return products still in their inventory for credit or in exchange for new products. Ingram Micro needs "protection" like this. Ausdauer
