You state that Doug is a manipulator. What are you claiming that he has manipulated?

Z.O: Whilst you are free to use labels, DIGI shareholders like me know what happened.

In June 98, ALA made a take over for DIGI. ALA's stock traded near $41 on that day. The conditional offer was subject to acceptance by both within 90 days. On 27 Aug, the take over was approved. ALA stock was around $33 and then headed even lower. Although other Telecoms were not downgraded, a number of Downgrades soon followed after the take over. Wall street Analysts were quite upset.

DIGI shareholders did loose and Lawyers had to intercede on their behalf.

It is important that the shareholders of NN are contractually protected against any consequential downside between announcement and take over approval.

Without contractual protection, it would be prudent for shareholders to evaluate alternatives.
