I think with the institutional sale, this will put a "floor" on the price of 648 -- providing comfort to those of us who believe that we may have bought into 648 at a bubble. With institutional ownership coming into 648, this provides clear support of its potential, and its [minimum] value in the marketplace. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Softbank encouraged or required the controlling family to divest of a substantial portion of their stock as a condition to the acquisition. I do note that the family is still maintaining a meaningful ownership stake.
