This must necessarily be an agreed part of 9984 buying in, else stock market rules would not be satisfied (<30% public ownership) and the whole exercise would have been pointless (9984 wanted a publicly traded shell in HK). Some will sell as the price drifts done due to lack of news and market digestion of the family shares. Some will add.
