Vivendi branch to be quoted in Paris, New York PARIS, Feb 20 (Reuters) - The chairman of French conglomerate Vivendi said Sunday he expected the branch of his firm that handles waste and water treatment to be quoted on both the Paris and New York stock exchanges this year. ''Vivendi Environnement will be quoted in Paris and New York around the summer by means of capital increase only,'' he told Radio Europe One. Messier said Vivendi would keep both branches of its business. The other branch, Vivendi's communications business comprises telecommunications, publishing and pay-television.
