They take money, waste it and move on. a lot of slimebuckets do this in corporations. their only 'work' is to organize themselves stock options and golden handshakes and performance bonuses. you might as well hand them a hoover ! corporate welfare sluts... I can't recall off hand the name of the Wal-mart logistics person Amazon stole and he was with Amazon nine months and took $5 million with him.
