PrimeCo's footprint also includes places like Chicago/Milwaukee and other places in Illinois and Wisconsin, as well as the South/Southwest. I believe a subscriber will be able to roam on any of the BAM, Airtouch, GTE, or PrimeCo systems once the arrangements are finalized(April?). PrimeCo offers the Nokia 6185 which is the only handset able to handle all three possible systems. More will be available soon. When that option occurs, AT&T is burnt toast.
