Nihil, thanks for your response.

I'm not certain what dissatisfaction you have with SUNW other than your issue about McNealy's personality and the fact that the stock may be overvalued.

I have been invested in SUNW for many years and understand your reaction to McNealy. Contrary to what you may think, I do not worship the man, but think he has done a good job. Like him or not, his particular style seems to be working. His combativeness, particularly with respect to MSFT, seems to have earned him respect in a number of quarters and that, along with other factors, has translated into an appreciating stock price. Personally, I was more troubled by McNealy's style a few years ago than I am now. I don't think he would have been appointed to the GE board if he were considered to be off the wall. I think that appointment represented a validation, of sorts, that he is well respected.

As for SUNW's high PE, I agree that it is rich at this level, but I think it will go higher, perhaps coming into parity with a company like CSCO (PE over 170 when I last looked). Apparently, you are not as confident, and I certainly understand and respect your point of view. We shall see.

Good luck with your investing.
