That's my point. msinvestor definition is wrong and their graphs are wrong. I guess I was just surprised to see a reputable service like msinvestor be so off base on a basic definition and analystical tool. This led me to believe that maybe I was reading something that wasn't there.

To anyone from SI_CPQ board:

I think that Andreas is confusing money flow (MF) with on balance volume (OBV) from reading his definition. I enjoy reading the posts over there but find it difficult to actually pay to air my views.

I would think that money flow would(should) be calculated by multiplying the volume of each individual trade by it's change(+/-) from previous day's close and tabulating all trades at the end of the day.
