Frank- Well that's another interesting aspect I hadn't thought of before. I sure hope that ends up being a moot point later on when all the smaller ISPs get folded into some larger organizations. If not, it will be, "Here we go again." Hope something we haven't even considered works to alleviate the potential problem. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)
