I will add my "thank you" to the others you have received for taking the time to create that transcript. After reading this, in order for one to doubt QCOM's patent position on "W-CDMA" one would have to say that their management is crazy or lying.

Since time and events has proven they are smart and trustworthy, the patent question has been put to bed for me. Of course, anyone with enough money can initiate a patent fight with QCOM. However, time to market and the speed with which the wireless market is moving will create a big penalty for companies that take that route.
