Z.O ALA stock prior acquisition was near its high when it made the announcement . The stock in June was $45, on closing well before the 1st week of Sept ,it was $33 or less. In another 15 days it was on its way to $19. Yes at that time too every one including the take over prospectus did not mention the impending shortfall. That is why the Lawyers stepped in and Wall street hammered the stock and rightly so. If a 8-10 point drop between take over proposal and actual announcement followed by a 14 pt drop within 2 weeks is O.K by you , I have no comment. Earnings warnings are never issued before a take over. They may follow after a share swap acquisition.
