JMM: Sure they do. Then they could encourage people to come to them for adjustments to the code and Gartner would screw it up and create even more work for themselves. This O/S cuts people like Gartner right out of the pattern as the support for this O/S is fantastic. They have a diagnostic that looks at your hardware and tells you: 1. How to install 2. What drivers are available and are not available. 3What peripherals will and will not work under W2K.4. Additionally it prints out an entire customized installation procedure for the prospective user. JFD
