Just returned from being away for several days and caught up on the 30 or so posts.

My 2 cents - Perhaps Lexar, seeing the writing on the wall with the infringement in CF, is hedging its bets figuring they can make memory sticks (or components) for Sony in order to survive.

Just a thought.

The survey of digital camera owners, coincidentally, included me. And the overall results match almost exactly my own case. Glad I'm right near the mean. All I can add is that it looks like there is going to be a lot of vacant factory space in Rochester, NY.
