David,

I have a question about "D-day"...any idea how long after the IPO one will have to hold COMS shares in order to be eligible for the PALM distribution?

I realize that the shares will be spun off by at least 12/1, but will the date of record be known before then or is COMS likely to issue a press release stating all owners as of a certain date will receive the shares?

David, this may be a really dumb question, but won't the effect of releasing 500+ million shares bring the high price of Palm way down by diluting it? Thanks, Jack
