one of the things I've been questioning about the Methanol mobile fuel cell market is air travel. I don't think all those businessman travelling with methanol powered laptops and cell phones will be allowed on the planes. I could be mistaken about this but, won't the methanol pose a threat in the case of decompression. Aren't their rules about volatile liquids being disallowed on commercial flights. Perhaps methanol isn't too volatile for this purpose. In any event, I think the solid metal hydride fuel source is an excellent solution! I have just started doing my research on the subject though. (I know...I'm late to the game).
