Pat: ALA was not an arbitrary example. I owned ALA and it is ALA that is now mentioned as the prospective Buyer.

I now understand why the ARB spread is so high for certain
Companies. It makes sense and is a better pointer than what the Companies dish out in their take over Prospectus.
