So (correct me if I'm wrong), you advise holding 10% cash to use to buy stocks after a 20-30% correction.

But assuming you do that, you are now 100% invested. Therefore you have to make another decision as to when to sell 10% to get back in cash, right? So you have to time both the market bottom and top.

I'm not really criticizing your strategy. I do something similar. I'm just pointing out that you are timing the market. You're just advising people to do so with only 10% of their funds.
