Dinesh: I bet you have an understanding of T- Accounts as well. I give you a C- for your dissertation.I should remind you. You opened fire on ed for what you perceived was his error in saying that the gov't collects more interest when it raises the rates. I simply pointed out that there was truth in what he said vis-a-vis the Discount Window. I am glad you know the difference between the Fed Funds Rate and the Discount Window. JFD
