Ballzy day trade (aren't all of mine?) NOK: there is a bottom up research report out this morning that surveyed 5 big CDMA carriers. CDMA represents 32% of the US handset market. CDMA is a much smaller part of NOK's sales, but one that the Street is looking for big growth in. the problems are as follows: The NOK handset have not passed the carrier's testing. The problems cited were 1) the antenna doesn't retract or extend far enough, the power needs to be reduced to address the brain tumor scare; 2) possible code issues running the chipset and 3) production has not been all it could due to inability to meet FCC voltage requaltion limitations.
